If you cancel before we have started work on your file, you receive a full refund of the service fee.
Once DS-160 preparation or document review has started, the portion of the fee reflecting the work completed is not refundable. We will always set out clearly what has been done.
The USD 185 MRV fee is paid to the US government and is not refundable by them under any circumstances, and it cannot be transferred to another person. Once it has been paid on your behalf it cannot be returned to you, whatever happens afterwards.
A refusal is a decision by the US consular officer. It is not a service failure and it does not create a right to a refund. This is stated plainly before you engage us.
If we fail to book an interview inside the window in your package for reasons within our control, and you hold complete documents with us, we will move you to the appropriate lower tier and refund the price difference, or refund the service fee in full at your choice. The government fee remains non refundable.
