These terms govern the use of fastustravel.com and the services provided by Visa Doctor FZC (business licence 4417571.01, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, UAE), trading as FastUSTravel. By sending an enquiry you accept them.

What we provide

Application support for USA B1/B2 visitor visas. That means DS-160 preparation, document guidance, payment of the USD 185 US government MRV fee on your behalf, booking of an interview appointment inside the speed window in your chosen package, and interview preparation.

What we do not provide

We are not the US Embassy, the US Consulate or any part of the US government, and we are not affiliated with them. We do not issue visas and we cannot influence a decision. The outcome of your application rests solely with the US consular officer who interviews you. No statement on this website or by our staff is a guarantee of approval.

The appointment window

The window in each package is a commitment about booking, not about the visa decision or about US processing times. It runs from the point at which we hold your complete documents and confirmed instructions.

Your responsibilities

You must give us accurate and complete information, provide genuine documents, attend your interview and comply with US law. Giving false information can lead to refusal or a permanent bar, and it ends our engagement immediately with no refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are quoted per person and exclude VAT, which is added at the rate in force in the UAE. No payment is taken through this website. The team confirms your package and sends payment details directly after your consultation.

Liability

Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the service fee you paid us, excluding the government fee. We are not liable for refusals, delays caused by the authorities, missed travel or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction.
